when will I get my photos back?

As noted in our contract it takes an average of two to four weeks after the shoot for your photos to be delivered and during times of high client volume delivery turn around can be up to four to eight weeks. Delivery will not take over eight weeks. What the current client volume is will regularly be updated below.

What is Photo Expedition?

Photo Expedition is an additional service for clients who need their photos sooner than they may have originally expected! If you need your photos ASAP don't worry we got you! Just submit an expedition request below!

Please note...

Only one photo expedition is taken at a time! During times of high client volume there may be a waiting list for photo expedition.
Very large shoots may not be eligible for photo expedition

Expeditions We Offer...

Platinum Express: $200 [4 days]
Gold Express: $150 [6 days]
Silver Express: $100 [8 days]
Grad Announcement Express $50+ [24 hours]

What to do if you need Photos ASAP for Grad Announcements

If you or your parents need back only need back 1-5 photos ASAP for grad announcements, I offer an expedition where you can purchase 1-5 sneak peak photos prior to the final delivery of your gallery.

The photos will be returned to you in 24 hours and it costs $50 per photo.

All PSU, ASU, WCU, TU & DC Galleries have been delivered! If you are a PSU, ASU, WCU, TU or DC grad and did not receive your gallery please contact me with your preferred email address so your gallery can be resent to your preferred email, galleries are sent to the email on file.
Please be sure to download your photos when you receive your gallery as galleries expire after 6 months as explained in the client agreement
